What people said about the mission

The NGO Shurat HaDin, which represents terror victims in claims in Israel and around the world, organizes an extraordinary tour for American Jews that includes a glimpse “behind the scenes of the world's best intelligence agency.”
I have participated in five missions since 2011 and keep coming back because nothing compares to what Shurat HaDin offers if you care about Israel and its security challenges. I never thought I would be walking in a terror tunnel on the Lebanese border or meet Eli Cohen’s family. The missions put you on the frontlines and immerse you directly in what’s going on.
„Three of my highlights: 1.Meeting Shir Peled, former female undercover agent in the elite counterterrorism unit, and many other courageous women fighting for the safety of Israel 2.Learning about the strict ethics of the Border Patrol near Ramallah – how to avoid casualties among rioters (wish US police would be trained by them) 3.Spending time with young Israeli soldiers, who take enormous risks and responsibilities. Excellently organized mission with top accommodations."
I have been on two Shurat HaDin missions and can't recommend them more highly! You don't have to be Jewish to appreciate the amazing people you meet the places you go and all you will learn! Israel is the Global front line against terrorism- and Shurat HaDin plays a critical role!
An exceptional trip in all respects: content, impact and organization. Thank you Shurat Hadin for an inspiring and meaningful week.
I’ve been on many missions and programs in Israel. I knew this would be different and difficult. It was both. You managed to put me into October 7. And now I have the ability to bring my NY community with me so they can understand what Israel is dealing with.
It was a very intense experience. We heard firsthand horrific stories about victims of the October 7 pogrom. But we also heard inspiring stories of heroism and were able to see the resilience and determination of the Israelis.
